• The padding can be used to adjust the size and fit of your GRIT DOT Helmet
• Simply remove the padding and replace it with your preferred size
• Try not to cover the air channels
• The top piece of padding is always 4 mm

1. Clean the outside of the helmet with warm water, mild soap, and a soft washcloth.
2. Remove the detachable padding and rinse it off. Use a cloth to dry it or hang to dry.
3. The inside of the helmet can be cleaned the same way as the outside: warm water, mild soap, and a soft washcloth.
4. Dry outside and inside of helmet with a soft, dry cloth to help prevent scratches.
