Shipping & Returns

AXEL Off Road Shipping Policy: 

We ship with UPS and USPS.

Rates are calculated at Check Out. 

We also offer expedited shipping via UPS. Please calculate it at check out.

Orders of three (3) or more helmets are free of shipping charges.

All orders are confirmed by email as well as shipping, including tracking number.

Cut off time is usually 2pm for same day shipping. There is no guarantee for same day, and in case it’s not, then it ships next day. 

Expedited shipments will be processed and shipped definitely same day, as long as the order came in no later than 2pm EST.

If you are traveling, or have plans when you need the helmet, and need the helmet at a certain location, please use the desired shipping address (park, hotel…) at checkout or send an email with your order # to info@axeloffroad.com

We will go above and beyond to make even the most urgent or time sensitive orders possible! But please provide with the details to get it done right. Extra shipping carrier charges may apply.

If we are convinced your order can ship faster we might change the carrier to your benefit. 

AXEL Off Road Return Policy:

First we always like to ask you to try a different size or the other model for a better fit. Please use the hand dial to turn it all the way in or out for proper fit if needed. If you want an exchange please email and / or add a note to the box what it is you like it to be exchanged for.

If you don’t want it or if it doesn’t fit, this is the procedure: 

The return/exchange must be requested within 21 days of the order delivery.
Send an email to info@axeloffroad.com Subject: “Return" or “Exchange"

You will receive a return shipping label for the original shipping box.
The return helmet(s) must be shipped within 20 calendar days.

Helmet must be “as new” and please put it back into the wrapping.
If possible put a note in the box telling what it is you'd like to get done:
"Refund" or "Exchange for color/size".

Refunds will then be executed usually in 2 days.
