AXEL Off Road Shipping Policy: 

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $160 or more. Orders under $160 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

2-day to 1-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please allow up to 2 days of processing time for orders.

**Overnight orders ship same day if ordered before 2pm EST**

All orders are confirmed by email as well as shipping, including tracking number.

If you are traveling, or have plans when you need the helmet, and need the helmet at a certain location, please use the desired shipping address (park, hotel…) at checkout or send an email with your order # to [email protected]

We will go above and beyond to make even the most urgent or time sensitive orders possible! But please provide the details to get it done right. Extra shipping carrier charges may apply.

AXEL Off Road Return Policy:

We accept returns from the US and Canada

First, we always like to ask you to try a different size or the other model for a better fit. Please use the hand dial to turn it all the way in or out for proper fit if needed. 

If you don’t want it or if it doesn’t fit, this is the procedure: 

The return/exchange must be requested within 30 days of the order delivery.

Helmet must be “as new” and please put it back into the wrapping/bag. If the helmet returned is not "as new", we reserve the right to not offer a full refund.

Start a carrier claim

You can start a carrier claim here.

If you opted into Checkout+: your order is covered by package protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.

If you opted out of Checkout+: your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

The return helmet(s) must be shipped within 20 calendar days.

** There is a 5% restocking fee for returns of 3+ helmets and a 10% restocking fee for returns of 5+ helmets **

If you choose to send your helmets back after the 20-day return period, you will NOT receive a refund. If you would then like the returned helmets shipped back to you, you will need to pay for additional shipping.

Refunds will then be executed usually within 2 days.

** PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders (UK, EU etc.) due to the cost of shipping and tariffs/duties/taxes. We apologize for the inconvenience. **
